Brad working on removing more of the interior and trim items from his MGB. You can see the damage to the right side of the car in this picture. Brad was t-boned by an uninsured, unlicensed driver a couple years ago....
The door was damaged too.... Herb's working on removing some of the trim-related items under the dash, who knows what Brad's working on, and Doug's pretending to supervise.
That's right, Herb's working on removing the windshield. Brad's still working on something back there. The hood's up....looking at how to remove the front bumper.
MGB minus the front bumper. No interior- seats, carpet, etc. as well as no bumpers, taillights, or windshield.
Brad's sitting on the floor of the car with no seat about to take the car for a drive down to the end of the driveway. If you were there, you know why it's amazing that the car isn't blurred in this picture....
A future project....a 1986 Jaguar XJ6 Vanden Plas. Like what Herb drives now without the damage to the hood.
This fine specimen, an MGB, along with the bronze-colored MGB GT were obtained for a total of $500. Amazingly, the GT runs. The MGB will be the donor for the pieces we need to repair Brad's car. Also, the both of these cars will be donors in some future projects.
There's an airfield a little way down the road from the shop that has a Mig sitting out. Thought it was pretty cool so I took a couple pictures of it.
Outside looking into the shop. Herb's Triumph TR7
Looks about like a used car lot here.... The MGB GT, MGB, Herb's new Jag, a Honda under the cover, Herb's current Jag, my Miata, Brad's Lexus, Doug's Grand Marquis and my mom's Intrigue. Outside this picture to the right is Herb's '7.
